WARRANTY

The Warranty for TreadDesk products is extended to the original owner and is not transferable. The coverage begins on the date that the product is delivered and covers the following:

TREAD - Lifetime on the frame, 2 years on the motor and 1 year on all other parts and labor.
DESKS - Three years on all parts and labor.

TreadDesk Inc. reserves the right to either fix a problem that may arise with one of their products or replace it.   


GUARANTEE

All TreadDesk original products come with a 30 day money-back guarantee. If for any reason, you are not pleased with the product you purchased from TreadDesk, you may return it for a full refund minus a $55 restocking fee. This does not include the shipping costs related to receiving the product or shipping it back to TreadDesk.
