Shipping:

The products that you order will determine how and when your order will be shipped.

Tread Only: If you only order a Tread, we will ship it via UPS Ground. If you order more than one Tread, it becomes too big for UPS and your order would then ship via a common freight carrier such as Con-Way. Most orders for Treads will ship out in 3-4 business days and depending on your location, transit time can vary from 1-5 days for UPS.

Tread and Desk:  When your order consists of a Tread and a Desk, it will ship via common carrier such as Con-Way freight. All desk orders take 2 weeks to build, package and ship. Depending where you are located, transit time will vary from 1-5 days for most all common carriers.  

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number and eta.

TreadDesk reserves the right to bill customer for charges other than normal dock to dock or dock to curbside delivery.
