Rolls-Royce embraces new workspace concept with move
At Rolls-Royce, the future starts this week at its new office complex in Downtown Indianapolis. As the first relocated employees walk through badge-activated revolving doors into the two-building Rolls-Royce Meridian Center at South and Meridian streets, they'll find a radically altered work landscape. Two-thirds of them won't have an assigned desk. Most will work primarily from laptop computers and smartphones, in a Wi-Fi-enabled building where interconnectivity is king.
