WARRANTY The TreadDesk Warranty covers the below listed products against defects in material and workmanship when used for the purpose intended and under normal conditions provided they receive proper care. The warranty is extended only to the original owner and is not transferable.
The warranty on the "Tread" begins on the date of purchase and covers: - Lifetime coverage on the frame. - Three years on the motor. - One year on all parts and labor.
The warranty on the "Desk" is for 3 years from the date of purchase and covers all parts and labor.
The warranty on the "Flooring" (if needed) is for 12 months from the date of purchase and covers all parts and labor.
GUARANTEE We also offer a 30 day money back Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund of the cost of your TreadDesk, within 30 days from the date of purchase. You will however be responsible for the freight charges.
